Justin D. Harris

Justin has years of experience in healthcare, spending the majority of his career in for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals both as CEO and COO across the Southeastern United States spanning from Indiana to Alabama. Prior to joining ESA, Justin served as both CEO and CFO of an orthopedic surgical group and surgery center in Southern Illinois while serving on the boards of provider health organizations and chambers of commerce. Justin decided to focus his leadership in private, physician-owned organizations because he values the relationship and partnership that physicians bring to leading an organization which in turn creates a higher quality and focus on patient care.
Justin earned a Master’s of Science in Health Administration (MSHA) and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), the #1 health care management graduate program in the country by U.S. News & World Report. Justin and his wife, Kaitlyn, are originally from the Southeast, and they have 3 girls.
