Courtney Blake

Courtney Blake was born and raised in Chrisney IN. She graduated from IU Bloomington in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marion University in 2017. Following graduation she worked as a registered nurse in the surgical trauma intensive care unit at Deaconess Midtown. She continued her education at the University of Southern Indiana and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in 2022. She joined Evansville Surgical Associates in December of 2022. In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, camping, being outdoors, and working on projects around the house.
