We ask that you be patient with us as we update our check-in area. The project should be complete in August or September. These updates will help us serve you better and allow us to continue providing the quality care and expertise you’ve come to expect from our team.
Create a Comfortable, Safe Atmosphere
It’s been quite some time since our check-in area has received some sprucing up. While still functional, we know the area is a little outdated and doesn’t create as relaxing an atmosphere as we would like. With these renovations, you’ll experience a more comfortable environment as you prepare for your appointment.
This refresh will also make locating our check-in area much easier. The remodel allows for better access to our check-in area by making it more visible from the elevator, and it will be more handicap accessible. This means much less stress when you’re coming in for your first visit.
Updating our check-in area also helps us protect your safety when you come in for your appointments. Glass partitions will help you stay COVID-safe and protect you from other germs. With larger glass partitions, our staff will also be able to ensure that patients are following correct masking protocols to ensure maximum safety for everyone.
Secure and Simple Check-Ins
At Evansville Surgical Associates, we strive to provide a safe and simple check-in process for all of our patients. That’s why we implemented a new digital check-in system last year to streamline the process. It allows you to register for your appointment when you arrive or from the comfort of your own home.
When you register in our office, our front desk staff will make sure that we have received your paperwork. They will also scan your photo ID and insurance cards. From there, you’ll just need to review the digital forms that you’ve previously completed to make sure that they’re correct and up to date. All it takes is a few minutes to get ready for your appointment.
Registering from home is as simple as sending a text. All you need to do is:
- Click the registration link in the email or text that you received a few days before your appointment
- Confirm or update your information, such as demographics, insurance, and your clinical history
- Sign your consent forms digitally and safely from the comfort of your own home
This system also helps our staff access your information much more quickly. Along with appointment registration details, we can monitor your visit in real-time to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Best of all, your information is secure so you don’t have to worry about anyone accessing your information who shouldn’t be.
