Dr. Millikan was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is a graduate of Wabash College and Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his surgical training at Emory University. Dr. Millikan is the Director of the Trauma Services at St. Mary's Medical Center. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Millikan served in the United States Air Force Reserve and Desert Storm in 1991. In his spare time he enjoys boating. Dr. Millikan joined Evansville Surgical Associates in 1999.
