Stephen Lanzarotti, M.D.

Dr. Lanzarotti was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas.  He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in Arlington in medical technology.  He attended medical school in San Antonio, Texas, where he met his wife.  He undertook his general surgery residency training at the University of Arizona and went on to complete his fellowship in surgical critical care at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He is board certified in both general surgery and surgical critical care.  His areas of specialty are general surgery and acute care surgery.  His interests include reading, movies, golf and spending time with his wife.  He joined Evansville Surgical Associates in 2008.
