Dr. Gade was born in Kakinada, India. He attended Andhra Medical College in India and completed his surgical training at King George Hospital. He completed a vascular surgical fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and by the Board of Vascular Surgery. His special interests are endovascular surgery, aortic aneurysm repair and laparoscopic surgery. In his spare time he enjoys drawing and painting. Dr. Gade joined Evansville Surgical Associates in 2000.
